1. Re: Wildfly- 8.1.0 Final how can I restore initials settings?
wdfink Oct 3, 2014 3:55 PM (in response to cabteixeira)1 of 1 people found this helpfulThe wildfly user is stored in properties files in the standalone/configuration and domain/configuration folder. Teh same folder is used for the server configuration files standalone*.xml or domain.xml.
But it sounds like that you start the server via netbeans and the configuration is written to wildfly.

cabteixeira Oct 3, 2014 4:44 PM (in response to wdfink)I don't understand...
When I erase the wildfly's folder, all the configurations (xml files) are erased too... Right?
But the problem persists even when I start the server with a double click in the standalone.bat (Operating System is Windows 7 Professional 64 bits).
Tanks!
sorry my bad english...

4. Re: Wildfly- 8.1.0 Final how can I restore initials settings?
cabteixeira Oct 5, 2014 2:08 PM (in response to jaikiran)I think I have solved the mystery, accidentally...
In the C:\Program Files I have two servers, in two different directories:
1) C:\Program Files\jboss-as-7.1.1.Final
2) C:\Program Files\wildfly-8.1.0.Final
I deleted the second (wildfly) thousand times, and the server always held settings... When I erase the first folder (JBoss), all the configurations are gone! And when I intent to run the wildfly, it shows an error message:
I had no idea that the two were dependent on each other... Much less that the settings were kept the other one!I am very grateful for the help!Sorry for the bad english... -
5. Re: Wildfly- 8.1.0 Final how can I restore initials settings?
wdfink Oct 5, 2014 2:39 PM (in response to cabteixeira)If you run different JBoss version you should remove the environment variable JBOSS_HOME from the system settings.
That might solve your problem
