Failed to configure web application as service provider using picketlink

I am trying to establish SAML 2.0 federation between a custom web application acting as service provider and netiq identity server acting as identity provider. The web application is build in jsp and deployed in jboss eap 6.2. I have added a picketlink.xml and jboss.xml under the WEB-INF directory and made necessary modification in the web.xml and also added the security domain in the standalone.xml. However when I am running the application i am getting 404 error which says it failed to find the resource.

What seems to be the problem?

Any help will be truly appreciated.
