Can any one share any articals or example for creating the task form in eclipse?

i Want to create the task form for all human task in my eclipse and execute it at run time.

We currently support two types of task forms, the ones created with the graphical form modeler designed in the workbench and freemarker (ftl) templates.  The first ones can only be created in the web-based form modeler.  The freemarker templates are basically HTML templates so could be created in Eclipse.
