If one tries to use the wizard(s) to create a new file like i.e. a filter no custom code style template is inserted in the new one.
In order to be able to use a more fine-grained code style template insertion. Its a bit annoying even you want to insert specific things like Variables or Annotations but not
on every new class-file, right?
