we do not have a delete by query feature ATM, but if you would be interested you could add a JIRA. We'll discuss the infinispan roadmap in February and this kind of community feedback will be very helpful.

rvansa Jan 16, 2015 3:30 AM (in response to manuelfranqueira)The best way to remove multiple entries now is to use asynchronous operations (cache.removeAsync(...) or issue those sync removes from your own threadpool).
Note that there's no option to do this neither in embedded mode directly, unless you use transactions (then all the removes are executed in one pair of commands).
