multipart/formdata not executing actions

I'm using JBoss EAP 6.3 and JSF with RichFaces 5 alpha3 and am trying to use the t:inputFileUpload control.  My form has enctype="multpart/form-data".  When I hit submit the actions specified in the command button aren't executed and the property associated with the t:inputFileUpload is never executed.  At one point this was working but now its suddenly not.  I was originally on eap 6.2 and had the same problem which was when I tried upgrading to eap 6.3.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Don't use RichFaces 5, as it was discontinued, use RF 4.5 which should work fine.

Thanks Tomaz, I switched to RichFaces 4.5.2.Final and am seeing the same issue.

Is that a typo while posting here? Or is it actually that way in the form element in your application? It should be multipart/form-data

Can you also post the relevant HTML code that you see when the page is rendered? You can do a view source on the rendered page to get the actual HTML.

Its a typo in my post but the xhtml is correct.  Here's the generated HTML:
