JBoss 5.1.0 Portal Export Timeout issue

Hi All,

I am facing time out issue while exporting bigger file (>1 MB) after 60 seconds. The transaction time out is set to 600 seconds, keepalive 180000 ms, DB connection timeout 300 seconds. This issue is happening on for load balanced environment so we checked with network team and increased the time out to 1800 seconds. The same file can be exported within 20 seconds in non-load balanced environment. Did anyone face this issue? This issue is impacting our portal delivery as the export is failing all the time. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks!

F5 BIG-IP.
