Service Task Palette missing

The service task palette is missing in processes created under a new organisation. I've checked the work definition file and it looks normal.

Steps:

1. Create a new organisation

2. Create a repository and assign it to your new organisation

3. Create a new project and business model

4. Expand the palette and service task palette will be missing

However, when I create a new repository under the default demo organisation it works.

I'm using a build from source last feb 14, 2015

Any idea on this?

that usually means that either WorkDefinition.wid file is missing or is corrupted. If you defined any own work item definitions please double check that the icon (when defined) points to an existing file.
