1. Re: Migrating to Jboss EAP
ctomc Feb 16, 2015 7:39 AM (in response to sreekanth.munarai)1 of 1 people found this helpfulLatest stable would be EAP 6.3.0 which you can get from http://www.jboss.org/products/eap/download/ under developer subscription.
Support & Patches can be found on customer portal https://access.redhat.com/ but to access it you need production subscription
This is fully supported version of EAP, and your app developed on AS 7.1.1 should work on it without any problems.
If you do however find some problem with moving your app to EAP let us know so we can help you.

3. Re: Migrating to Jboss EAP
ctomc Feb 16, 2015 9:19 AM (in response to sreekanth.munarai)You asked what latest was and latest is 6.3.0.GA + CP3 with 6.4.0.GA coming soon.
When it comes to support that comes with subscription you can use any 6.x version you want. so if you want you could still stay on 6.2 or even 6.0 if that is what you want / need.

ctomc Feb 18, 2015 11:45 AM (in response to sreekanth.munarai)your standalone.xml is somehow broken.
hard to tell where exactly but somewhere before messaging subsystem declaration.
you maybe forgot to close some tag / or you closed one too many
