the persistence.xml in your jbpm-console is it set to your mysql?
also since this is a different issue, maybe you should create another thread? I don't think JBPM people like this.. (they are watching you)
For anyone landing here, this is what solved my issue :
ReleaseId releaseId = ks.newReleaseId("org.jbpm", "Evaluation", "1.0");
RuntimeManagerFactory.Factory.get().newSingletonRuntimeManager(builder.get(), releaseId.toExternalForm())
The trick is in the passing the releaseId.toExternalForm to the RuntimeManager. The right value gets pushed to the ExternalId field, and the KIE workbench sees the processes.
