EJBCLIENT000028: No EJB receiver contexts available in cluster

Hi,

We are using JBOSS EAP 6.2 as our application server.

Standalone EJB client running in multiple linux boxes call remote stateful EJB bean.

Once in a while, one of our client process gets an error code “EJBCLIENT000028” from server. It gets resolved if I rebooted client or server.

I have noticed this error code was reported as bug and it was closed as “not a bug”.

Can you please help me and show me a right direction to approach this issue?

Any help on this will be much appreciated.

The BZ is closed because network down is not handled. Did you have a similar scenario?
Is it only one client which fail? Could you enable TRACE for org.jboss at client side?

Thanks for your reply.

Only one client was failed. Four client boxes access single JBOSS server. Other clients were working fine.

There was no network failure.

I have enabled trace in client code. It happens once in a while. I will let you know with complete trace, if it happens again.
