Using the + character in node names in WebDAV

Hi.

I am trying to access a file with a + character in the name. If I access it through WebDAV I get a 404. From the WildFly log file I see that it is trying to fetch the name without +. The name in ModeShape is "a+b+c.docx". This is what's in the log:

2015-03-02 10:22:34,869 DEBUG [org.modeshape.web.jcr.webdav.ModeShapeWebdavStore] (default task-67) WebDAV getStoredObject at "/sw/default/a b c.docx" resolved to "/sw/default/a b c.docx"

I haven't been able to find anything in the documentation about this.

Are you using a particular WebDAV client or just the modeshape-webdav webapp ?

I tried it in the modeshape-webdav webapp in Chrome in Windows. From the Chrome network log:

Request URL:http://localhost:8080/modeshape-webdav/sw/default/a+b+c.docx

Request Method:GET

Status Code:404 Not Found

I also tried the WebDAV client in Total Commander in Windows. And in this case I also get a 404 status code (as above).

In both cases I can see the file listed in the repositry just fine as a+b+c.docx. The problem occurs when I try to download it.

Can you please log a JIRA and we'll investigate this at some point. I suspect it may be related to URL encoding.
