Over writing the public URL in a web service

Not sure if this is better here or in the Web Service forum.

I"m running WildFly 8.2.  My WSDLs will show one of two values,

private-app-server.some.host.net

private-elb-instance.host.net

We're running on AWS.  It seems like I can either make the host show as the private app instance that it's running on, or the requested URL.  Is there an option to make it a public URL that I specify?

All that does is allow me to use the private host name.  I need the public URL.

is there any proxy in front? or what is the first entry point?

try setting proxy-address-forwarding="true" on http-listener in undertow subsystem.

as it looks like AWS supports sending x-forwarded-for http://docs.aws.amazon.com/ElasticLoadBalancing/latest/DeveloperGuide/TerminologyandKeyConcepts.html#x-forwarded-for

which will be used by undertow if upper setting is set.
