Issue with mod_cluster in CentOS

I have added mod_cluster modules to already installed HTTPD 2.4.4 on CentOS 6. After fixing some bugs I am able to access mod_cluster_manager but it is showing Status: NOTOK.
Versions are:
mod_cluster/1.3.1.Beta2
WildFly-8.2
HTTPD 2.4.4
CentOS 6
Here is the errors noticed in the logs:
HTTPD log:
