How to change server.log permissions?

Is there a configuration setting in Jboss EAP 6.3 (Domain mode) that can be done to change the permissions for the server.log file?

Currently it appears the default for server.log is 640.  I'd like to change it to 644 so there is global read access so that our patrol monitoring job can read server.log.

However if you're on Linux you can try umask :  http://www.cyberciti.biz/tips/understanding-linux-unix-umask-value-usage.html

It is a global setting on your OS (per user), so every new file created by this user will follow the default file permission setting.

e.g. setup umusk = 022 for your OS user "jbossadmin", and you start JBoss server with user jbossadmin , all the files created by jbossadmin (JBoss server) will have 644 as default permission.
