jaikiran Apr 14, 2015 12:18 AM (in response to pbaral)What exact command are you using to start the server? Which operating system user is used to start the server and does it have write permissions to create tmp folders under the JBoss AS/EAP installation?

lylewang Apr 14, 2015 12:49 AM (in response to pbaral)EAP 6.2 wasn't certified on JDK 8. You may want to use JDK 6 or 7 with 6.2
Also check the user / group and file permissions as Jaikiran suggested

pbaral Apr 14, 2015 1:24 PM (in response to jaikiran)Hi Jaikiran,
I am using Linux CentOS 4/5/6 64 bit. I have Informatica MDM v10 server installed on that machine and using the following command to start the JBOSS-
./standalone.sh -c standalone-full.xml -b 0.0.0.0
The user does have a write permission to create tmp folders under jboss install.
It seems like it is related to the insufficient space for shared memory file as you can see the screen shot below I captured as soon as I ran the above startup command to start the app server.

jaikiran Apr 27, 2015 2:41 AM (in response to pbaral)FWIW - Going forward, in the next version of WildFly, the exact reason why this operation failed will be logged in the stacktrace, now that this pull request has been merged https://github.com/wildfly/wildfly-core/pull/619
