Is JBoss AS 7.x still active?

I understand that Red Hat takes 7.x.final and uses it for EAP 6.x.Alpha.  What isn't clear to me is whether the community is still developing at all within the AS 7 branch.  Additionally, I've been looking but I can't find the github repository for 7.x.  I can see a branch for 7.1 here wildfly/wildfly · GitHub. Any clarification would be helpful, thanks.

The project has been renamed to WildFly so WildFly 8 is just the continuation with us currently working towards the WildFly 9 release.
