Can't scroll down through forum search results!

Is there some browser setting that needs to be set for this?  Whenever I search for something in the forums the results list will come back and I can see by the scroll bar on the right that there are more results, but the browser refuses to scroll to them.  I get stuck back at the top of the page with the header.  I get this in both Chrome and Firefox browsers running CentOS 6.6,  It REALLY limits the utility of the forum
