Jboss as Windows Service.

I use Jboss EAP 6.2  as my application server.

For now i am running the batch file as below to run the Jboss.

> Standalone.bat -c standalone-full.xml -b 0.0.0.0 -bmanagement <ipaddress of system>

Hope this can be made as a service.I did some reading and found that this can be this can be made as service using install.bat available in Jboss bin folder

But i could not find the install.bat in bin folder.

Can you please suggest the alternatives.

Jboss Version : 6.2 EAP

Yes you need to download the "Native Utilities" package if having subscription / access to RH customer portal

I am using  a Jboss which is downloaded from jboss.org.  is the Native Utilities pack free. Can this be used with community edition which is downloaded from Jboss.org..

You have to be a subscriber to access the native utilities.

If you use the .jar installer to install JBoss, then the native utilities are included.

I use the downloaded the same from Jboss site which is a zip file and does not require to install.

we need to unzip and configure to use as of now i use command to start the Jboss..

standalone.bat - c standalone-full.xml -b 0.0.0.0 to start the  Jboss.
