jboss234 Jun 11, 2015 9:18 AM (in response to jaikiran)The server.log has everything. I wanted to separate out server startup logs in boot.log.
Thanks,

4. Re: How to configure Wildfly server boot log
jboss234 Jun 11, 2015 11:16 AM (in response to jaikiran)Thanks Jaikiran for reply.
our application uses logging property file to control logging settings. I noticed that whenever I change setting in it it affect to server.log logging.
i.e. if I change logging level to ERROR in logging property file within WAR, it logs in applog.log file also same thing it started logging in server.log.
How server.log and application specific logging related ?
Thanks,

5. Re: How to configure Wildfly server boot log
jamezp Jun 17, 2015 12:27 PM (in response to jboss234)If your deployment contains a logging.properties by default the log manager for your deployment will use that configuration. I'm also assuming the logging.properties file is not in the standard JUL format. The configuration in your deployment should not affect how the server components log.
