Could not build Jboss EAP - 6.4.1 from source

Hi Community,

I was trying to build jboss EAP from source and there were few errors in the build.

All the modules were successfully build except the Integration Test :  Agregrator , Integration Test : Smoke , The reason is stomp client version number 0.1.26-redhat-4 and stomp server version number 0.1.26-redhat-4 .

I have checked the techpreview/all and early access redhat repository but could not find the jar in any of the repository . Can somebody please help me sorting this issue ?

You need to make a few changes. If you have a support contract with Red Hat and EAP subscriptions head over to this Knowledge Base Article: How to build jboss from source - Red Hat Customer Portal Which goes through how you can do it and provides you with some artifacts that are needed.

I do not have the customer support , what changes do i need to make in that case , Do you think it would be correct to downgrade to one lower version of stomp client ?

Well first of all is there a specific reason why are you building EAP from source?

Second, the online maven repositories are not meant to be used for building EAP but for building applications that are going to run on JBoss EAP. They are required but not all artifacts that are used to build and run the testsuite are there and thus you have to make changes to point to artifacts in public reps. This is what you'd have to do with the stomp JAR I guess?

Third, did you also download the Maven Repo from the Customer Portal for EAP 6.4.1 as this has the artifact there from what I can tell....stilts-stomplet-server-bundle-0.1.26.redhat-4 ?
