    Recommend AS?

      Hi @csa

We are looking to upgade our Errai based web app when Errai 3.2 final is released.

We would also like to upgrade the application server that we use. Currently we are using Jboss 7.1x.

I see you are mainly/exclusively using Wildfly for Errai. What version of Wildfly would you recommend upgrading to? Wildfly 8.2? Wildfly 9? Something else?

      Thanks

          Hi,

For Errai 3.2, I'd recommend WildFly 8.x.0.Final or EAP 6.4.0.GA. That's what we tested with the most.

          Cheers,

          Christian

            Thanks Christian

And do you have a estimated date for when 3.2 Final will be released?

            Thanks

We're just waiting for some feedback from downstream projects. I'd say ~2 weeks.

              Cheers,

              Christian

                Christian,

Any chance 3.2 gets tested in -Wildfly 9? Wilsfly 8.2 has serious issues , it is best to be left behind...

                  What are the serious issues?

Would you then recommend staying on jboss 7x in the meantime?

                    Anton,

I had some seroius issues with Infinispan in wf8.2. RedHat never fixed them, but my hope is that wf9 is bette in this respect.
