    Serious compatibility problems during migration

      Morning, everyone.

       

       

      Atm, me and my team are working in a migration from 3.3.x to 4.3.x first, ideally preparing the way for the latest releases, namely the 4.5.x branch. Despite the enourmous changes in the frawemork, we managed to use the branch 4.3.x, although still having some issues. Given that situation, I'd like to ask some questions:

       

      1. Here and there I've seen comments about compatibility problems between JBoss Seam and the new versions of Richfaces. Since I'm not sure about the origin of all the issues we are experiencing, I'm gonna ask first if there are any known problems with the following combination of technologies (our ambient): Weblogic 12c + JBoss Seam 2.3.1 + RichFaces 4.5.       2. Also, I wanted to ask about a rather serious problem we are facing: It seems that the rich:dataTable sorting feature is missing in the branch 4.3.x and returned in the branch 4.5.x, which atm we are unable to make work. Since we really need this feature, can anyone answer me what are the exact versions where this specific feature is present?
