Restart of datasource whithout jboss-restart?

Hi,

is it possible to restart a DB2, which is connected via local-tx-datasource, without restarting the jboss?
We're saving some data in the jboss-cache, which should'nt get lost, after the restart of the database.

did you find the answer for your problem.
We are having the same problem when restarting oracle.

Is this a driver problem or is there an option in the database-ds.xml?
