How to inject Infinispan hot rod server cache within the application deployed in Jboss AS

Hi,

I have Infinispan Hot Rod server running in standalone mode. My application is deployed in Jboss AS.

Is it possible to inject the remote cache using @resources jndi lookup without using embedded Infinispan?

If possible, what's the configuration needed in Jboss subsystem ?

Hi anilaj,

we don't currently have a ready-made solution that does this automatically: you could develop a small application whose sole purpose is to construct a RemoteCacheManager and register it in JNDI. Alternatively you could look into using our CDI for injection. See Infinispan User Guide for details
