localization for jbpm web console form editor

Dear friends:

I have downloaded and installed jbpm 6.1.0 following the demo in jbpm's official document. I pointed my jbpm instance to a local mysql database. After I sign  in the KIE web console, most web widgets are automatically localized to chinese except the form editor. The above screenshots contrasts the preperly localized process page and the wrongly localized form page:

Could you please point out what went wrong and how I can fix this? Any pointers would be much appreciated.

@Joe,  how did you get the Chinese version for JBPM6?

I am using the default database instead of Mysql, and it is English verison.
