What is the meaning of this Exception?

Operation startBundle failed due to: java.io.IOException : Start of bundle with id 375 failed with message: Unresolved constraint in bundle com.demo.ftp.demo-ftp-integration [375]: Unable to resolve 375.0: missing requirement [375.0] osgi.wiring.package; (&(osgi.wiring.package=com.github.kevinsawicki.http)(version>=6.0.0)(!(version>=7.0.0)))?

Isn't Maven able to download artifact?

It means that you have to have a bundle exporting that particular package. Try the wrap protocol. Something like:

install -b wrap:mvn:com.github.kevinsawicki/http-request/6.0

Or add that bundle to your features
