Hi all,

I have created new feature in issue tracker and willing to deliver it [RESTEASY-1259] Make it able to parse multipart headers in encoding other than US-ASCII - JBoss Issue Tracker

I am ready to start regularly contribute in jboss. How can I get involved into development?

Best way to do it is to study the code and then send pull request for stuff you thing should be improved / fixed

resteasy code is held at https://github.com/resteasy/Resteasy

and WildFly is split into two parts, wildfly-core https://github.com/wildfly/wildfly-core/

in general it is good thing to discuss new features / fixes on developer mailing lists
