I don't understand how your datasource issue relates to this.

samarnold Nov 26, 2015 11:18 AM (in response to pferraro)Apologies, I'm new to Wildfly I've been working with Jboss 5. I haven't heard of jboss-all.xml and am unsure how to set up session sharing in jboss-web.xml. I attempted to add a jboss-all.xml to my EAR's META-INF directory but it caused an error on start-up.

4. Re: Setting up session sharing with Wildfly 8.2.1.Final
samarnold Dec 21, 2015 6:44 AM (in response to pferraro)Apologies about the delayed response, There isn't an error message but when I attempt to see the logged HTTP session saved to my httpsession table nothing has been added, unfortunately my most recent documentation is for Jboss 5 so I was wondering if you could give me a hand with if there was any significant changes between jboss 5 and wildfly 8.2.1.Final in terms of http session sharing. I already know that most configuration is in the standalone-full.xml and I have a check valid connection SQL section in the validation bracket of my correctly set up data source.
Thanks for any help.

7. Re: Setting up session sharing with Wildfly 8.2.1.Final
samarnold Jan 8, 2016 5:32 AM (in response to pferraro)With my current configuration I have an SQL Database with an httpsessions table which stores the first connection to the web app's session state so that session persistence can be implemented on all subsequent connections, however the most recent documentation that my company has is for jboss 5.1 and I've been asked to attempt to achieve the same with Wildfly 8.2.1.final. I was wondering if there was any differences that may interfere with this as it is not currently in a working state. Thanks
