My client's IT landscape uses JBPM 4.2. There is a plan to use latest version of JBPM that is 6.3. I heard from someone that JBPM community provides technical support to JBPM for both version 4.2 and 6.3. If JBPM community provides support then few questions I have for both versions 4.2 and 6.3:
- What is yearly support cost?
- Does support covers L1, L2, L3 all or just L3 support?
- Does it include upgradation, patch fixes and troubleshooting?
- As JBPM is open source but does it cost any licensing charges?
