Unable to find option to create Data Modeler

For BRMS referring below URL: - from online and following labs

Am I missing anything from installation and configuration part of it?

Data Modeler has been renamed to Data Object and you should find it under New Item. Documentation is not up to date and they still refer it as Data Modeler.

You might have already figured this by now. Just answering if some one lands up on this page looking for an answer
