32-bit vs. 64-bit

Hi all,

If  download, how can I be certain that it is 64-bit?

Is there a command that I can issue? Or a folder in which I can go and look to see what the version is?

file tells something like "ELF 64-bit LSB shared object..." Or something similar.

jboss-eap-6.4-CVE-2015-7501.zip ( Solaris )

I have release 6.4, which is a bit old, it has moved on a bit to 7.0, bit nowhere in this name is an ELF or a 64bit, and neither on the download page

The fix for CVE-2015-7501 is a jar so it is multi platform.

Thank you, but are you saying that this is not a complete release?

Maybe that is why it does not say if it is 32 / 64 Bit?

It isn't complete release it is just a jar to replace in your installation. jar files aren't platform dependent.

If you are a supported customer please open a support case if you need more help.
