jndi lookup with managed and default deployer

I’m trying to start a simple weld environment through an arquillian test configured with a wildly environment, one with a managed and one with a not managed deployment. The same test works with different results. The test with the managed deployment can load the jndi manager bean java:comp/BeanManager, while the not managed cannot load it. Why? Where I do wrong?

Here the sample project with the two similar tests: https://github.com/flashboss/managed-arquillian-test
