I understand, but even though the session was closed, the server was still running.
Did you try using nohup? Did it make a difference?
I am also having the same problem. If I start my sever with "-b my machine IP", then the server shuts down after few minutes. I could not find any log information. But if i start with "-b localhost" then it keeps on running.
Note: I have the server in my local machine. Windows 8.1 and using JDK 8.
Update: It is happening when i start the server from my eclipse mars and not from console, using console is fine.
I have same issue, you have solved your issue about shutdown server?
I run wildfly.9.0.2 on remote server machine Windows Server 2008, for run i used standalone.bat.
With what problem it can be connected?
Long time server worked fine, yesterday this happened, today server work fine, i dont understand what the problem???
I have the same issue as well. I saw this post so tried starting with nohup but got same result
Server had been running for 11 days, then:
WFLYSRV0220: Server shutdown has been requested
Running wildfly 9.0.2.
This error occurred with me in Liferay installation when it ran the scripts below.
Apparently some internal error occurs in the absence of data and does not leave anything in the log!
