1. Re: problems with node deletion after richfaces 4 migration
michpetrov Jul 11, 2016 5:20 AM (in response to mythilisanthanam)I don't think I understand, the tree simply displays your data, if you need to make changes in the data model that's up to you to implement it.

2. Re: problems with node deletion after richfaces 4 migration
mythilisanthanam Jul 11, 2016 1:06 PM (in response to michpetrov)Let me articulate it differently.. I am trying to display tree. similar to ex above:
Vm-hosts and the vm -guests under the hosts. consider scenario, where the user wants to remove a guest from host.. I have to pass both the host id and guest id to bean to frame the delete query. now, to set a background, the whole pbm surfaces out in richfaces 4 because of the removal of "var" variable at the level of each "treemodeladaptor".
Please suggest if you have a workaround to access the host and guest id at a time from client. I don't want to restructure the bean object and rewrite considering the time given for migration..

michpetrov Jul 12, 2016 3:55 AM (in response to mythilisanthanam)Why not just get the guest id (which I assume works ok) and then find its parent in the bean?
