JBMP using in a .NET environment

      Hello Community.

I hope you can help me or point ,me in the right direction.

My place of work are considering to use the redHat BPM, but their current environment is a .NET. So We are considering to expose any methods as a webservice so we can work between any component we already have and the BPM.

Are there any other possibilities? any one was working like this? in a .NET environment using the BPM from REDHAT?

If you have any thought or suggestions please let me know.

      It would be really helpful.

      Thanks

BPMS server expose REST endpoint through which you can perform different operations on Task and Process. You can use these REST endpoints in .net application to communicate with Red Hat BPMS server instance. Go through documentation for more details on REST endpoint.

Hey, Also ,I use to work with other BPM tools, SO i am use to work with the full design of the BPM workflow of the company process. This time The stakeholders are thinking in implement the BRMS from RedHat, I read in the description the main difference is the BRMS is focus to execute only the Business rules. So my question is? Either if I only Use BRMS can i Map all my business flows? or just the activities that executes specific Business Rules? how should i design my process? Focus on Rules or i Can Chart a full BPM process?

            Thank you for your help.

            Nice day

              Hi,

BRMS dony have capabilities to execute BPMN processes, its designed for rule execution only. If you want to integrate rules with BPMN process then I will suggest to use Red Hat BPM Suite product.

Thank you for your comments and help.

I will review the jBPM suite and try with that and see how it works.

                thank you.
