3. Re: Where did standalone.sh/standalone.bat go?
bienlein Jul 28, 2016 9:10 AM (in response to bienlein)Okay, it works now. The server-side stuff was apparently not in the ALL distribution. By the way the error I got was this:
Exception in thread "main" org.infinispan.client.hotrod.exceptions.HotRodClientException:Request for messageId=2 returned server error (status=0x85): scala.MatchError: 25 (of class java.lang.Byte)
Does Infinispan use Scala? Or does it only use some libraries that were created with Scala but are used with Java (e..g. Java API of Akka).
Cheers, Werner

4. Re: Where did standalone.sh/standalone.bat go?
nadirx Jul 28, 2016 9:23 AM (in response to bienlein)Yes, "all" is a bit of a misnomer and should really be called "All embedded". I'll sort it out.
The Infinispan server modules are indeed built on Scala, but for a number of reasons [1] we are transitioning to using pure Java.
