Jboss SOA 4.3 migration

Hi All,

I need to migrate an application from Jboss SOA 4.3 to a Latest Stable version. At the moment this application contain a Web application as well which is deployed in JBoss SOA 4.3.

What should be the target platform? or platforms.

Hi Rajitha,

Honestly, SOA-P 4.3 is a quite old platform. The straightforward latest version of the platform is SOA-P 5.3.1, but it's even mostly end-of-life. The successor JBoss platform is Red Hat JBoss Fuse, which is based on Apache Camel and Karaf (OSGi container) or EAP 6. Admittedly migration from SOA-P 4.3 to JBoss Fuse 6 won't be as easy as just upgrading platform versions, but nontheless I strongly recommend you to evaluate this new platform.
