CDK does not run containers as random user IDs

OpenShift on the CDK does not seem to run containers with random user ids.

This means the CDK environment does not accurately reflect an OpenShift deployment environment,

so containers created to work successfully in the CDK may not run at all in a normal OpenShift.

Why is this the case? Is there a way to configure the CDK to be more like a real OpenShift deployment?

      CDK Version: 2.1.0

      Base box:  rhel-cdk-kubernetes-7.2-25.x86_64.vagrant-virtualbox

      OpenShift Master:v3.2.0.44Kubernetes Master:v1.2.0-36-g4a3f9c5

      Deployment OpenShift (on Atomic):

      OpenShift Master:v3.2.1.7, Kubernetes Master:v1.2.0-36-g4a3f9c5
