JBOSS EAP 7.0 Installation - Quickstart Maven Error

Hi,

I am trying to run jboss-eap-7.0.0-installer.jar on Windows and consistently get the "settings.xml format is not valid" error shown in the screenshot.    Does anyone know a workaround for this?   I've also included the settings.xml file.

Appreciate any advise on this.
