You need JDK8 and any OS that JDK8 runs on.
this are bare minimums.
for anything useful you will need to adjust the settings that will fit your application / system.

I am looking for newer version of JBOSS and found JBOSS has been replaced with new name Wildfly and its 10.1 final version please confirm

yes, Wildfly is the new name of community project JBoss AS and its current latest version is 10.1.0.Final released few weeks ago.

Which is currently at version 7, and is based on WildFly 10.
