Jboss 2.4.1 SLSB Pooling, er, doesn't...

I just wanted to have it stated explicitly -- I had
behaviour that depended on pooling of stateless session
beans to reduce database traffic (uid generation), but
this doesn't work now.

So, are we likely to see this repaired in 2.4.2 or is
there an easy fix (change to standardjboss.xml, for
example) that will cause SLSB's to be pooled?
