    Using BRMS in IT Operations

      Hi All ,

       

          BRMS being a rules engine is being used in the workflows and business decisions for multiple domains. However can we expose the BRMS to help the decision making in IT operations and service management. For example if we need to have intelligent tool to check an incident and tag it as less priority with the input from the alerting system thereby reducing the overhead on the support team.
