1. Re: Distributed transactions using Narayana in .net core web api
gytis Sep 19, 2016 6:06 AM (in response to punu31090)We develop and test Web Service transactions (XTS) on WildFly and EAP application servers. While it is possible to deploy them to Tomcat, we did not try that and I'm not sure if any of our clients managed to complete that either (you can find relevant discussions in our forum). However, especially since you're new in Java, I highly recommend using either EAP or WildFly which both have XTS out of the box.
You can read more about XTS in our docs: Narayana Product Documentation..

punu31090 Sep 19, 2016 10:10 AM (in response to gytis)Thank you so much for your reply!
After doing its setup on WildFly or EAP application servers, will I be able to call the service from .net application(.net core)?
Can restat narayana service, can act as REST transaction coordinator for .net core web API?

However, I can say that you can register REST endpoints with our REST transaction coordinator and these endpoints will be notified when the transaction prepares and commits (synchronizations are also supported). Is that what you mean?
