Cannot find type [System.Net.HttpListener]

Hi folks-

I am playing around with PowerShell on RHEL 7.2 and I wanted to spin up a quick HttpLister. Alas, I am getting an error indicating the library cannot be found.

New-Object : Cannot find type [System.Net.HttpListener]: verify that the assembly containing this type is loaded.

At line:1 char:14

+  $listener = New-Object System.Net.HttpListener

+              ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

    + CategoryInfo          : InvalidType: (:) [New-Object], PSArgumentException

    + FullyQualifiedErrorId : TypeNotFound,Microsoft.PowerShell.Commands.NewObjectCommand

System.Net.HttpLister is part of .NET Core 1.0. I've installed dotnet in my system and did the 'scl enable' in my shell.

What am I missing?

Hi, it appears that the HttpListener has been refactored to be a part of Microsoft.AspNetCore.Server.Kestrel at this point in time according to this comment for github dotnet corefx issue #6999, Where is httplistener? Is it renamed? · Issue #6999 · dotnet/corefx · GitHub. As well, searching for 'HttpListener' it via the Azure Reverse Package Search  show's that it is now an internal class "Microsoft.AspNetCore.Server.Kestrel.Internal.Http.Listener".

Hey there.

I don't know if I am doing something wrong but that doesn't AspNetCore namespace doesn't seem to be available, either. I'll keep on digging; I've seen ASP.NET examples already so it's clear I am missing something.
