MP4 video streaming broken for some videos (WF 10.1.0 Final)

For some mp4 videos (see example attached), the video streaming is broken when served through Undertow/Wildfly 10.1.0 Final.

Chrome gets 2 Partial content responses (206), then 2 cancelled requests and video won't play.

Even VLC can't play the stream, in the error console it shows:

http debug: trying to seek to 23052612

http error: seek too far

[...]

The same MP4 file is working fine, when served though Apache httpd.

I know there used to be problems with byte range requests in Undertow, but thought they have been resolved. Seems there are still some issues with that.

Any ideas if that will be resolved soon?

If you try serving via file handler directly (vs servlet deployment) is it any different?

It makes no difference if I extract the war file to a directory/

That was actually the first thing I had tried, I just zipped it for the upload.

Ok, you're right, through file handler it works. However, start of playback and seeking seems very slow and laggy.
