Wildfly 10 is using ActiveMQ Artemis 1.1 as messaging provider. This version does not support JDBC store as it was added in later versions. There is a chance that this feature will be provided in Wildfly 11 as Artemis 1.4 has initial support for this. Still for performance reasons I would recommend to use journal file system as it's much faster and proven solution.
