Hosting Services for Java Apps

I need a hosting service that'll support Java apps I'm developing and running on Wildfly 10.

A paid hosting service is fine, but I'm looking to spend as little as possible.

Which would you recommend?

Check out OpenShift: PaaS by Red Hat, Built on Docker and Kubernetes where you get first 3 VMs for free.

Looks good. I registered there a week ago and still didn't get a confirmation. Any idea how long it can take?

Also, are there any other services I can check in the meantime for free without having to enter payment info, and can pay later if I'm satisfied? (e.g. unlike aws)

That's really odd, looks like OpenShift is in transition mode to the new version and meanwhile not accepting registration to the previous version.

I remember CloudBees | also used to do this but not sure if they are still doing hosting. I don't see that clearly on their updated website.
