How to troubleshoot Jboss webserver crashes?

Hi all,

im a consultant and I'm trying to figure out this Jboss service.

The website is unreachable after X hours of uptime and at least once per day the whole server needs to be rebooted to fix this.

I have tried restarting services but that didnt help.

To be clear: the server running windows 2008 R2 Datacenter remains online, its only the webservice that is down.

Are there any log files or whats the best way to troubleshoot this issue?

Could you be more specific? Apache HTTP Server 2.4? Tomcat 8? Wildfly 10?

OS: Windows Server 2008 R2 Datacenter (my mistake in the start post)

Apache 2.4.2

Jboss 6.1.0 Final

i dont know how to check Tomcat version or if its installed at all...

Never heard of wildfly, so i think no wildfly.
