rareddy Dec 5, 2016 2:21 PM (in response to piero.sanchez)Whatever user you created using the "add-user.sh/add-user.bat" script in the server side in ApplicationRelam, you need to use the same user and password in the Teiid Designer as the JDBC user.
Before you can access Teiid server from Teiid Designer, you need to create two separate users
1) admin user
2) application user
use the script in <wildfly>/bin/add-user.sh to create these users, then update the Designer with these credentials to gain access to the server.

piero.sanchez Dec 5, 2016 3:21 PM (in response to rareddy)i did it, and it works but another problem appear. When i test the connection with the test administration connection, on teiid instance, it says "OK" but when i test the JDBC connection another message appears
as you can see on the picture the first test is ok but the second is not good please help me.

piero.sanchez Dec 6, 2016 9:25 AM (in response to rhn-engineering-rareddy)they're in the same. But it doesn't work yet i don't know why and that's my job i have to make it work now. And also i don't know how to check my preview data from the DataSources.

rhn-engineering-rareddy Dec 6, 2016 11:42 AM (in response to piero.sanchez)You need to check the server.log file and see if there is any error indicating why it is not able to connect. Also in the eclipse log there may be further information.
